Info on upgrading or renewing your existing cellular service
If you wish to renew your service with OSU Wireless and keep your existing number, please add “2yr renewal” to the additional comments section.
If you wish to transfer in your existing Sprint number into OSU Wireless, please add “Transfer in from Sprint” to the additional comments section.
If you wish to transfer in an existing number from another provider, please add “Port from another carrier” to the additional comments section. Also please include a copy of a recent bill from that old cellular provider displaying the account number and billing address.
