Repairs:
- As of January 1, 2008, all service repairs or maintenance on Sprint and Nextel phones are handled through Sprint’s Equipment Service Repair Program (ESRP). The ESRP is automatically included on all Sprint or Nextel phones purchased through OSU Wireless at no additional monthly fee to you (a $4 per month value). The benefits of the ESRP gives you more service locations with longer hours to get your phone serviced or repaired, as well as faster replacement phones.
* The ESRP is a service contract program for your wireless phone that provides coverage for mechanical or electrical failure, routine maintenance or failure from normal wear and tear. Water damage, misuse or abuse, acts of god, and several other conditions are NOT covered under the ESRP. Please review Sprint’s complete ESRP Contract Terms and Conditions to determine if your situation is covered.
- The ESRP covers eligible phones that are both in and out of warranty and that are still active on the Sprint or Nextel Network at the time the malfunction occurs. Other terms and conditions may apply.
- To get your phone repaired, serviced or replaced, visit one of over 1,800 Sprint Phone Repair Centers. Click here for the nearest location to you.
- Sprint will repair the malfunctioning Sprint or Nextel phone – or replace it with the same or a comparable model. Repair or replacement is made at Sprint’s option. Replacement equipment may be reconditioned. If you receive a replacement phone, you will need to return your malfunctioning phone or pay Sprint the non-returned equipment charge applicable to the model of the failed phone. This fee can be avoided by returning the failed device as directed. Click here for the full terms and conditions.
- Please contact us if you have questions about the ESRP or your repair situation.
