If you have a staff member with special telecommunication needs or an office environment that requires unique equipment, we can help. Our Account Managers can assist you in determining what equipment will work best.
A variety of equipment, such as touch-tone devices for the hearing impaired (TDD/TTY), headsets, and volume control devices, is available to fit your situation. Most adaptive items are ordered on an "as needed basis" and then billed to you as purchased equipment through a one-time fee. Prices will vary based on the equipment and model you select. Additionally, TDD/TTY machines can either be purchased or leased from UNITS on a monthly basis.
Some adaptive equipment may require the installation of a single line phone to be functional. Monthly phone and line lease fees will also apply in this situation.
