We offer a variety of rental equipment to fit your short-term needs:
- Single line speakerphone - great for small groups and small rooms (1 - 5 people). Rental cost: $15.00 for a one-day rental period
- Large speakerphone/conference set - ideal for large groups or large conference rooms (between 6 and 30 people); includes two additional microphones and a wireless microphone for presenter. Rental cost: $30.00 for a one-day rental period
- Touchtone device for the hearing-impaired.
Rental cost: $30.00 for a one-day rental period
You will need to have an active single-line telephone available in the room where you are planning to use the equipment. Additionally, the rental equipment requires connection to an electrical outlet.
To reserve any of the rental equipment, please contact our Information Operators at 292-6446 during regular business hours. We recommend that you reserve the equipment well in advance of your event to ensure that what you require will be available.
Rental equipment can be picked up from the UNITS office at 320 W. 8th Ave. on the same day or the day before your event (if available). You will need to bring either a university #100W or #1303 Requisition to pay for your rental. All equipment should be returned no later than the day following your event. UNITS reserves the right to bill for late returns, or any missing or damaged equipment or parts. |
