Call Wait/Flash Button:
This button allows you to transfer a call or access special features such as Three-Way Conference, or the optional feature Call Waiting (must be ordered thru UNITS).

Making a Call:

• Press Talk button
• Dial the five digit University number, or dial “9” plus the seven digit local number
• To end the call, press Talk button, or place the handset on the base unit*
  *NOTE: If you do not properly end each call, the set will be “busied out”

Transferring a Call:

• Press Flash button and wait for dial tone
• Dial the five digit University extension
• Press Flash button and then press the Off button

Redial Last Number Dialed:

• Press Function/Edit button
• Arrow points to “Redial,” press OK? (the last number dialed is displayed)
• Press the Talk button

Selecting Ringer Volume:

• Press Function/Edit button
• Press Up and Down Arrows and select “Ringer Volume”; press OK?
• Press Up and Down Arrows to ringer High or Low, press OK?
• To turn ringer OFF, press and hold Down Arrow until two beeps sound

• Each time you press the Arrows the volume level will change
