Telephone Key Pad is Not Working
Please try the following troubleshooting tasks for this repair:
- Business customers, if the keypad on your phone is locking up, unplug the electrical cord from the phone; then, plug the cord back in to see if it clears the problem.
- Business customers, if you have a phone that allows you to enable or disable the keypad through programming options, make sure that the keypad is enabled.
