UNITS/OIT Raises Funds for Hurricane Katrina Victims 10/07/05
Thanks to generous donations by the campus community, UNITS/OIT raised $360 for Hurricane Katrina Relief Efforts during the month of September.
UNITS/OIT staff collected donations at the Staff Pep Rally on September 7, and again at the Student Involvement Fair on September 19 in exchange for "GO NUTS" rally towels. Contributions were also made by UNITS/OIT employees throughout the month. 100% of the donations collected go directly to the American Red Cross as part of the university's "September to Remember" fundraising efforts.
