OIT Hosting Three Voice Mail User Feedback Sessions in October and November 10/08/07
OIT-Telecommunications and Networking is seeking additional feedback from Ohio State faculty, staff and students regarding the university's voice mail service. Three User Feedback Sessions will be held on October 23, October 30 and November 6. All sessions will be held from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM in room 120 Baker Systems Engineering. The information gathered during these sessions will be used in conjunction with results from the voice mail survey OIT issued between August and October 2007, to evaluate the current voice mail system's functionality and determine the future direction of the service. No registration is required. All faculty, staff and students are encouraged to attend one of the feedback sessions and to complete the short online survey by November 9, 2007.
