OIT Customer Systems (OAM, AWI, IVR, Off-campus Long distance) to Experience Intermittent Outages between August 3-5 07/30/07
OIT will be doing system maintenance that will cause intermittent outages on the following customer, self-service systems from 4:30 PM, August 3, to 12 midnight, August 5, 2007:
- Online Account Management (OAM) system for personal account management, repairs, orders, billing and payments. Additionally, customer account balance information will be inaccurate during the maintenance window.
- Administrative Web Interface (AWI) system for departmental account management, orders and repairs.
- Repair-by-Phone and Pay-by-Phone (IVR) systems available through the 8-HELP phone line.
- Off campus access to the university's long distance services. (On campus access to long distance should NOT be affected.)
OIT staff will be replacing and upgrading system hardware that serves these systems. All systems are expected to be fully operational upon completion of the maintenance on August 6, 2007. Customer questions should be directed to OIT at 688-HELP.
