Bonus Men's Tourney Games to Air on Campus Cable TV 03/13/07
OIT will offer bonus coverage of the 2007 Men's College Basketball Tournament on March 15-18 and 22-25 to cable TV customers on the Columbus campus. The bonus games will be multi-cast from WBNS-DT-10TV/CBS and will air on campus cable channels 37, 89 and 90, in addition to channel 11 (WBNS/CBS). Content will be shown as available. Basic Cable TV Service is required to view the bonus programming. An analog converter box is not required; however, cable TV customers will need to reprogram their TV equipment to receive and view the additional channels. Customers with analog converter boxes will automatically receive these bonus channels.
OIT maintains and distributes the cable TV system on the Columbus campus. Basic Cable TV is a standard service in most undergraduate residence halls and an optional service that can be ordered in most other on-campus housing areas and administrative buildings.
