Daylight Savings Time Updates Required for Palm Devices 02/23/07
OSU Wireless-Cellular customers that use Palm devices (smartphones and handhelds) need to download the necessary patches from Palm to address the 2007 Daylight-Savings Time (DST) change implemented by U.S. Congress. DST will now start on the second Sunday in March, and change back to standard time on the first Sunday in November. This is a change from the current DST start and end dates that are built into some Palm devices. Therefore, Palm devices need to be updated to reflect the correct time when the new DST changes take effect.
