Calling Columbus' New 3-1-1 from Campus Phones 01/24/06
The City of Columbus recently introduced a new 3-1-1 Call Center to provide Columbus residents with a single-point of contact for non-emergency City services and City information. The 3-1-1 number is for Columbus City services only and should not be used for university services provided by campus departments.
To call the new 3-1-1 Call Center from most campus phones, dial 9-645-3111. This is considered a local call from campus phones and will be billed accordingly.
