By setting up a special toll free number (800, 866, 877, 888), you give your "long distant" customers a free and easy way to reach your office directly.
*NOTE: Calls from other international locations cannot be received via the toll free service.
Your toll free number can be set-up in a variety of ways to fit your department's needs. Special vanity numbers, like 1-800-CALL-OSU, can also be requested, if available from our contracted provider. Toll free service for outbound calling, such as telemarketing calls, is not available.
There is a usage cost for each incoming call received via your toll free number. Incoming calls from locations within the 50 States are 4.5¢ per minute.** Calls reaching your toll free number from Canadian locations are 12¢ per minute.** All calls received on your toll free number will be detailed each month on your UNITS billing statement.
**NOTE: Depending on how the customer originated the call, other fees may apply.
