OIT is the provider of local telephone service in all Ohio State University buildings. Local service is installed when a telephone line and/or phone is requested. Local service includes touch-tone dialing, campus calling capabilities, a Direct Inward Dial (DID) telephone number, and 9-1-1 access to OSU Police. Other options can be ordered to customize service to fit your needs. Some of these options include: single-line and multi-line telephones, long distance service, voice mail, and numerous telephone features. Costs will vary depending on what you select.
