Customers that have digital TVs with built-in QAM tuners, will see programming on different channel numbers (the column with channel numbers in red on the file). Customers that don’t have a digital TV with a QAM tuner will have to get a special digital to analog converter box from OIT and their programming will appear on the standard channel numbers (channel numbers in black on the file).
